Removed wireless package - now cannot reinstall it

I removed the wireless package from my RB500 running 2.9. I planned on trying the wireless legacy package, but it would not install, since it is made for an intel box, not the RB. Now I cannot reinstall the regular wireless package for the Routerboard because it is not available on the website. The only file on the website is the full package file. And the RB will not let me install it because it says in the log the package is already installed!

I left a message with MT support. But I have customers down and need help immediately. Does anyone have any ideas?

One solution how to get back the wireless package is to reinstall the the router.To keep the configuration select the ‘keeping the old configuration’ option.

This morning, MT Support sent me a copy of the wireless package for the RB500 version of 2.9. I successfully installed it.

is there a place i can download ths package as well. i did the same thing.

i did the same thing, i wrote the procedure to fix it…
go see… itworks… takes about 5 minutes, don’t need a full install
