Renew IP to beginning

Dear all,
I have CCR1009-1-1s+ router
I configured IP pool: 172.16.0.1-172.16.255.254. And I set IP expire after 1h
Router is working from IP 172.16.0.x and ascending to 172.16.1.y, 172.16.2.z,… 172.16.255.w.
Now, I want to reset IP to 172.16.0.x.
How to do?

Do you want to reconfigure pool address or clear all dynamic leases already allocated ?

I only clear all dynamics IP leases already allocated and do not affected to current configures
In my vlan, I was set IP static rang 172.16.200.100-172.16.200.254 for my devices. Now, if I clear dynamics IP already allocated, what happen with my static IP rang?
