I still got the same error, v7.13.2, after a reboot I was able to register the license :smiley:

I hope to add a license to the Asian node. The server delay is too high. When authorizing the license, it will still prompt a timeout… :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

Reboot the CHR and try again

Any updates?
Or the only solution is to “reboot all your devices” ?
