I’ve got a 433 running 3 r52h on 3 17dBi sectors. 433 is giving me trouble, pretty sure it is bad caps.
I am back and forth on my options, I could just replace the 433, spend about $150 on the whole thing and get it back up and going. I could use 3 Metal 2s mounted directly to the sectors, or take 3 15dBi Rootenna and 3 RB711A 2HnD and go dual polarity using my existing sectors. The Rootenna won’t quite have the same beamwidth as the sectors, but the clients are single polarity.
Budget is an issue.
Input for an undecided techie? My option may be limited by parts availability and price, got to fix it quick. Kids on Bittorrent are killing my backup AP.
