We recently purchased 50+ RB450Gs. Out of this population about 10% are performing spontainious reboots. We have isolated them from everything except input power. We have used a Cosel 50W 12 volt ps, the MicroTik supplied DVE switching adapter and an Aerodyne 12 volt switching supply. Reboots seem to recur with varying regularity when observed from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. Are these just defective units or is ther something else wrong. Most of the units that we have serial number that start with 279601######/136.
Another data point: On some reboots the silent boot configuration is cleared and the unit beeps on reboot.
