Is the Dell PowerEdge 350 850Mhz PIII supported by MT ?
Looking for a 1U rackmount solution to replace my Cisco.

beware, both solutions - cisco and MT - have their specific advantages and disadvantages. It is not easy to say “I’m gonna replace MT for Cisco or vice versa”.
I have had some issues with Dell machines trying to run MikroTik, couldn’t get it to run at all on a PE1650, and I had some ethernet problems on a Dimension box (once I added a RT8139 card, though, it’s been solid since).
For 1U rackmount MTs, I have been using SuperMicro 5013G-M boxes. They work great, are fairly cheap (make a router that can handle 400+ MBPS, at over 50Kpps, for less than $1K). I haven’t had any hardware problems with 7 of these, in over 4 months.
Still stuck with Cisco for MPLS, EIGRP, and ATM, but that’s about it (that I need to use). There are other features Cisco has but MT dosen’t, but the reverse is also true. Love the MTs scripting feature, makes conditional BGP much easier than on IOS, amoung other things.
