Replacing PC Hardware

My principal router is an Intel PC running RouterOS 4.6 with level 5
RouterOS lays on a Standard HardDrive.
I need to move the Hard Drive to another PC because the original one is failing.

May I move the System without any further dangerous implications?

I am afraid the system will not startup. I want to be sure to do it whitout suffering a large outage.

I believe both Motherboards are almost compatible.
Motherboard Original Intel Pentium Model…C40…
New Motherboard: Intel Pentium Model…C41…

ThankYou very much. I will be looking forward to any answer from anybody to do the job.

From a license perspective it’ll work. Whether the hardware is supported is impossible to say without knowing what hardware you’re transferring the drive to, which for some reason you didn’t post details on. Additionally, only MT knows what exact drivers they’re putting into the kernel. It will likely work. But consider that maybe having a second, redundant system would be a good idea anyway if an outage is costly - and if you had a second system ready to go you could try this out and make sure without downtime.
