… for setting for example VLAN tagging on the WAN port, which is a requirement here (tag as 10).
It seems if you use the quickset to configure a router and then attempt to edit the configuration to add a vlan afterwards it just doesn’t work. The router needs to be reset to default and the vlan etc created from scratch (at least this seemed to be the case in v5.x)
advanced - that would be “/interface vlan ‘add new’”
Quickset is there so users/installers are not overwhelmed with options. Adding more new fields to quickset will overcrowd it making it unreadable for simple users. Quickset should be enough to set it up, make router secure and then configure it by professional, one like you, i hope, remotely with VLANs VAP etc.
