I have a request for Mikrotik team if they can add ability to web-proxy to cache youtube videos like other cache servers, if yes when we can hope for it or is there any way to cache them if yes can you help us how?
I have added this rule in cache and see hits, but videos are not saved, can Mikrotik team add any rule to overwrite time exire.
I added this rule
add action=allow path=:/.get_video and I see that it is counting.
I need a answer from Mikrotik team if they can add this ability to Mikrotik?
Basically what you want is to cache the YouTube movie server… get real… or buy some hardware and start a competing service! And when you are successful Bill Gates might invite you for a business lunch…
