I am inquiring about upgrading my MikroTik Ethernet Router RB4011iGS+RM device’s license from Level 5 to Level 6. Could you provide guidance on the upgrade process for Level 6?

Buy the license and apply to your device.
But … you can also buy hAP AX3 for about half the price of that license, you also get AX-wifi if you can use it (or simply disable it) ánd it also has ROS license 6.
If you terminate the specific services which require license level 6 on that device, you can keep the heavy lifting on RB4011 (but keep in mind, AX3 is a pretty powerful device as well depending on what you throw at it).
Why do you need that license level ?
Maybe because of the User Manager ? License L5 only allows 50 active sessions.
