Hi again,
I’ve been using your software for few days in my network.
In my humble personal opinion for everyday work it would be easier when you right click on device to have Tools menu as main one and “Settings,Apperance,Notes,Remove” to have additional menu which
Tools is right now.

The other thing which might have been already requested to add graphing
ability like network utilization on particular port/interface of router

Also once you are publishing this software it would be great to have some
documentation (if its possible at all) how to send notifications to this software.
I have mostly linux based network and i use mon simple perl based
monitoring software. I’d like to be able to send notifications from mon
to Dude and have nice alarms and info on windows machines.

could you be more specific on those pearl scripting and notification?

Mon is multi purpose monitoring software written in perl.
Its modular and it can run different scripts on different alarms.
So I want to write a script that would send message to “Dude” server
with information about event.

So let’s say on my linux router disk usage hits 99%, Mon would detect
it and run my script. Then the script would send notification to “Dude” software which would give audible alarm.

Is “Dude” server listening for incoming events and expects to get message
in special format to be displayed in notifications ?

Is format of that message available ?
