What model MIkroTik is at the client?

Also, ditch the toughswitches, they were abandoned by almost everybody due to serious performance problems - customers getting random slow performance that disappeared when the toughswitch was replaced with another device. That sounds like your problem…

Hi!

Yeah it is a 951Ui-2HnD

Yes toughswitch arnt the best . What mikrotik gear do you suggest instead?

I have the same problem when i use the mikrotik public btest. Looks like my firewall. But everything looks ok…any idea want a screenshot?

What happens if you try disconnecting the client’s MikroTik and connecting, say, a Windows laptop running MikroTik btest, and doing the test?

You really need to do the bandwidth test at every possible point to determine where the bottleneck is. It could be the SU or AP or the switch. I doubt it is your firewall at the head end because your performance there is fine.

For instance, what you are basically saying is that your problem is like this

Internet → device1 (fast) → device2 → device3 → device4 → device5 (slow)

You are saying device 1 is fast and device 5 is slow. What about devices 2 3 and 4? Any one of them could be causing device 5 to be slow.

You are right. I will take a look this week with more result. I’ll let you know!
