Require support for traffic shifting script to shift traffic to WAN2 based on bandwidth running on WAN1

Hi,

I need support in certain scenario. I will try to explain it below:

Scenario:

eth1 is connected to WAN1 (Primary ISP Link)
eth2 is connected to WAN2 (Secondary ISP Link)
eth3 is connected to LAN (POE switch serving LAN & Wi-Fi Infra)

Recursive route is created for WAN1 to monitor 8.8.4.4 and shift traffic to WAN2 in case 8.8.4.4 is not reachable through WAN1.

I require support for traffic shifting script to shift traffic to WAN2 based on bandwidth running on WAN1. I am using WAN1 (Primary ISP Link) which is having high speed capping at 3300GB. In any event this data limit gets over, bandwidth is reduced on WAN1 to 2Mbps.

  1. Is there any way to achieve automatic traffic shifting to WAN2 if bandwidth on WAN1 is reduced continuously to 2Mbps for say 30 minutes?
  2. If 1 is achievable, is there any possibility to run this script only during specific hours?

If any further information is required, please let me know.
