reset Acct-Input-Octets ?

hello , i want reset Acct-Input-Octets and Acct-Output-Octets but not working by coa iam using this code to reset

echo " user-name=test ,Framed-IP-Address=10.40.47.254,Acct-Session-Id=80e00283,Acct-Input-Octets=0,Acct-Output-Octets=0 "| /usr/bin/radclient -x 10.40.47.1:1700 coa  123123

any help , i want start new session without disconnect user
