Reset configuration on RB1000 before boot?

Is there any way to reset the configuration on a RB1000 before boot? One of mine has a bad config and as soon as it boots it crashes. Or is it possible to reload RouterOS on the built in flash?

Please see below:

Rebooting in 1 seconds..

Set RouterBOOT to boot over ethernet and use netinstall to re-install RouterOS on the system.

How I can connect it to internet as I its not booting and there is no IP configured to have internet. Please suggestion will be much appreciated.

Ethernet, not Internet. Use NetInstall as per below.
