On some systems, the reset-counters option (when pointing to bottom ‘EDIT’ block) is not visible, below end of the screen if you display a long list of users. Is there a way around that? I need to select a few users and reset their counters. (With IE and Firefox on Windows systems)
Also, on some systems, when you point to the Edit block, the submenu appears but disapear as soon as you move the mouse and then you cannot click the other options(disable/enable/remove/reset-counters). I see if I right-click on the block then the menu stays there for me to left-click on it, but to explain to users ‘why?’ is just troublesome.
But it does not happen on all PCs, I cannot tell you why or why not. Might it be possible to let the menu pop up instead of down, then it would never be a problem?
Have you encountered the issue where the menu would disappear when you move the mouse, also just on some systems? (Then I have to right-click to show browswer’s popup menu to keep the drop-down visible)
