I have manually reset, reset through the GUI, Reset through the terminal and I still cannot get the base default config after reset. I am able to connect to it after reset through Winbox using Neighbors and I am prompted with an initial window asking me to choose to use the default config or no config so I hit the OK button to choose the default config and it does not load. What is a novice to do? Any ideas?
Do you happen to have a CCR series device?
Their default config is blank so it does exactly what it’s expected to do.
If you want a ‘factory default’ on that device, write your own and add it during NetInstall. That will be your new factory default.
