I’ve several topics here, and one of them is to use LTE1 as backup, ether1 as primary. This works fine now.
I’ve reset the router to default, and started without config. Now, without anything plugged into ether1, my LTE1 doesn’t connect to internet. Has this anything to do with deleting all LTE1’s setting? I don’t want to set all things from scratch once again. Can someone point what details I should make sure it’s there so I have internet for whole house.
My APN says internet. According to my provider, this is correct.
I can see LTE1 in the interface.
What does having default route present? Where do I check this?
I’ve been testing for some time now using ether1 as primary, and lte1 as secondary. I did several resets since I always get some configuration wrong. One of the issues I find is I cannot connect to wi-fi, there doesn’t seem to be wi-fi. After maybe 10 resets, I finally decided to plug my desktop to the newly reset router, only to find the wi-fi package not installed. I started doing my configuration from there, to “learn” what it takes to get internet on the newly reset, no config router. I finally got somewhere, with internet, hence, I’m reluctant to reset it. Do all resets give you quick set to apply to? Or does delete config/ start without config, don’t even give you the quick set option even if you wanted to have the choice to apply or not?
After this, I may just have to start with quick set as LTE router.
The idea was to learn on the Forum Rules thread how to export a configuration and post it (the configuration) here, on this thread, CERTAINLY NOT to post the output of /ip route print on the Forum Rules thread.
