Reset issues

Hi,
I have a brand new hap ac2 and after playing a little with router os settings I decided to perform a reset to make a clean system before adding it into my network.

After the reset my laptop cannot connect any longer to the router wifi. It stucks at setting network address and nothing happens. Tried on both networks MikroTik-88E997 & MikroTik-88E998. Also when trying an ethernet connection the laptop does not even detect that anorher network device is connected. Finally when I connect it to my current I see 2 connections with IP 0.0.0.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It seems that the pen I used for the reset had a thick nose and it did not perform the reset correctly (!!!)
I just tried again a pen with a much thinner nose and it worked! Amazing! ( I guess that there is a second switch below, and the thick pen nose did not reach it?)
Anyway I’m good now.
