How do you reset the WAN (Internet interface) so that i can see how much traffic was delivered every month (total, not for a single user).
if it is automatic, that would be great, if not no problem i will reset it manually at the beginning of the month.

Why u are not using user manager? It contains such a feature u need.
i am in the beginner Basic section,
so please more details would be nice 
plus i don’t want it for a specific user, i want to reset the whole WAN interface!
add firewall mangle rule with in-interface=wan and action=passthrough.
This rule will count all traffic that comes in to your router.
