i want to reset my RB 1100 .Please help me .

If you have ‘lost’ the password and cannot access the router, the above probably won’t help.
If you look up the RB1100 User guide at - http://routerboard.com/pricelist/download_file.php?file_id=260
On page 9 (of 10) you find the following -
Software Reset
It is possible to reset all software configuration by using the Software Reset 2 button hole (C229, see schematic) during the power-up. No confirmation or passwords will be asked, so use with caution.
Check the schematic and proceed with caution

PS - make sure that you upgrade the RB1100 with the latest ROS version 4.15 and also check the firmware upgrade.
