hi all,

i have a problem :open_mouth: . i have mikrotik radio + mikrotik flashcard software level 4. it’s already have password and i forgot it. how can i reset the password? if i can reset the password, could i re-install it? how can i re-install the flashcard with the mikrotik software level 4? please help me or give me the website address to solve my problem.

Yes, reinstall will reset the password. Here is information how to reinstall:

See User Guides, there are a number of ways how to do the installation

You can’t reset or recover the password (unless you have created another account on the router which has the necessary rights to change the password of the account for which you lost it…).

You can just do a re-install with the netinstall utility. Be sure to keep your license during this process. Afterwards you’ll have a “fresh” install with no admin password (and no configuration :wink: ) to start with again…
