can i reset my mikrotik without loosing my configuration ? coz i lost my password so i just want to reset the password ? any idea ?
If you have a backup, it’s fairly simple to decrypt the passwords: http://mikrotikpasswordrecovery.com/

If no backup, but it’s a RouterBoard, try to follow: http://manio.skyboo.net/mikrotik/ (the site is currently not responding, but Google’s cache should be a little help to get you searching for the appropriate downloads).
