Resetting RouterBOARD 711A-5Hn [noob]

Hi there everyone, I have bought a second hand RouterBOARD 711A-5Hn, and need to change the configuration, from router mode to bridge mode. Unfortunately the RB is password protected, no way to recover it.
I believe that the only way to achieve control using winbox is to hardware reset the board (currently on my house roof).

As a complete noob in routerboead products, what procedure should I follow to achieve this?

  • Hardware reset the board? How?
  • Must use Winbox connected to router?
  • Once done is there a default password?

Only way is to take it of the roof or if you can do this while on the roof

Also it will default the config , so use mac address to connect via winbox

This is the transmitter… seems pretty different from yours… may be rebranded, where’s the reset button?!!
