(RESOLVED) Hap AC lite RB952Ui-5ac2nD ports LED light not turning on

Hi,

i just bought a device much for my excitement i plugged the cables and turned it on. the lights on the back where the cables are connected are turning on, those are the PWR and USR light. but not the port light on the top, port1 - port5 LEDs. im sure the cables are workign since i have just unplugged them form my network and transfer it to the HAP router. But to make sure ive tested them back and they are working fine. i tried the RES - reset on the back of the modem, hold it, turned the power and hold it still and waited for the USR light to blink. It did but still teh same..its been an hour now and im not able to use it still. Can you help me? or should i have it replaced?

Check: System → LEDs → All LEDs off: never. This from TikApp path, not Winbox currently.

everything is good now. it seems i really had an issue with the software. i used the netinstall.
