[resolved] right led on ether1 is always on

I just got my RB5009 this morning.
1.I found the right led on ether1 was always on if I don’t have a cabled connected to it. If I plug a cable, it will be off. Is that normal?
2.I found the left led on ether2 will be on when booting then off, is that normal?

Fastly, return on warranty

I used other power rack then the issue was resolved. Don’t know what’s the root reason
