I need advice about the speed VPN tunnel. I opened a tunnel L2TP / IPSec on 2 providers, outside the tunnel ping response among the public IP is about IP 11-16ms and the response in tunnel is about 20-30ms. You could somehow reduce the response was even faster? I use AES128 encryption and SHA1. Routers are the RB1100 and RB750G.

The RB1100AHx2 has crypto acceleration. It has the best chance of being low latency. The 750 does crypto on the main CPU which was never particularly fast.
Even the 1100AHx2 will likely have additional latency in the tunnel than outside.
Do you have a problem with throughput?
Do you use applications which care that much about latency?
