I have a problem restoring a backup in a Web browser also. I’ve reported it to support yesterday. They’ve responded that they couldn’t replicate the problem and asked for a video. I’ve sent them one showing the installation for the configuration followed by a reset and then an attempt to restore the backup but failing leaving the device back at defaults.
This is occurring only in v6.41. It happens with RB951ui-2hnd, Groove 52 and Groove 52 ac and hAP lite ac.
I have the problem with a RouterBOARD 1200 and all the firmware version that I have used until now.
Didn’t check on my other devices because they do a 24/7 job that can’t be interrupted easily.
