restrict and limit Webpage

Hi
I am not able to find a way in mikrotik on how to limit some webpages and allow others
For example:

  1. Webpage: http://www.google.com, http://www.hotmail.com, http://www.yahoo.com, should have full
    bandwidth available
  2. All other webpages should have limited bandwidth

While I can block the access of webpages using webproxy, I don’t see any feature that
could limit the access on that webpage at a certain bandwidth assigned.
The mangle feature doesn’t seem to work, at least for me.

Any help would be appriciated

There is no cut and dry way to do this. You can limit bandwidth by IP’s…

Yes of course, but what happens when IP of a website changes. Should I belive only on the DNS database? I mean, i can enter a webpage in the mangle, which tranlates to IP address thanks to the DNS database of the router, but what if that IP changes, is the IP in mangle updated also?
What if a webpage comunicates with different IP-s? Does this happen?

he means u can limit bandwidth with clients Ips not website ips. a total limit for websites and other connections.
