Restricting entry of unknown IP addresses into host table of Hotspot

Hi

Is there exist any way to restrict Unknown or Unregistered IP addresses to enter into the host table of Mikrotik Hotspot ? Only hosts belonging from some pre-defined network should be admissable into the host entries of the Hotspot - others will be dropped .
