Hola, haz un programa simple tipo formulario que entre al routerOS por telnet y añada la MAC con el comando de telnet. Así esa persona no tiene ni que saber la contraseña.. El programa se validará automáticamente. Es lo que hacen los lobos..

Hola Arielf, como bien dice Martin la mejor opción es realizar tu propia aplicación y en lugar de utilizar Telnet, utiliza SSH para enviar el pass y user (encriptado).
