this is first time I’m using Mikrotik, and I also have some past experience with UBNT gear, but I decided to go with something new this time.
The setup layout is attached, If I should use any other product, please let me know 
Just hope that transparent bridge for TV is not gonna give me any problems

welcome to world of MikroTik, this is your smart decision to use MikroTik instead of UBNT. you will get more flexibility and more power. your attach diagram seems OK.
why not connect home modem straight into RB2011UAS-RM?
Remote location for management, but modem supports one dynamic and one static ip for wan. So i will use static ip to access management website, while dynamic will be used for internet. I don’t need VPN in this case.
you need one static IP for VPN also!!!
Ok, I got my RB2011 installed, and sextant G also (I think).
Used default settings, so Ethernet1 is used as DHCP WAN port, and I configured Ethernet2 as static WAN port, incoming ports on Ethernet1 are blocked, and I configured Ethernet2, so I can remotely access and configure the unit, so far everything is working as intended
Now I wonder if anyone is willing to take a look at my configuration, if its OK?
As for sextant G, I think I did something wrong, as I can’t seem to pickup the signal with other antenna, even from near 
Got most of the stuff up and running 
But I do have a question, what wireless protocol to use for PTP link? At the moment I’m using nv2, distance between sites is 4km, 100/10Mbit uplink. Also, what wireless protocol use for the omnitik?
