RF not connected - doesn't have even ping

I have 2 units RB411 V6.5
have the same configuration in both of them , the same RF card , both of them in mesh
the link is great (as shown in the picture) but I can’t reach the other side

any thoughts?

How are you trying to reach the other side? A little more info about config please.
