I have the RIP configurations in Mikrotik, but more than twice this configuration that disappeared. To temporarily work to this problem I reboot the server and when it is UP the RIP configurations appear.
Please, help me to resolve this problem permanently.

make sure you are using the latest MikroTik RouterOS version. Generate support output file from the router when configuration is disappeared,

Send it to support department (support@mikrotik.com).
Which version is this?
When you say the configuration disappeared, what do you mean? Are the routes just not being received but it is still configured?
The Mikrotik RouterOS version is 4.9. I believe that is the last version because this week the OS was updated.
When the problem occurred again i’ll download the file and send to support mikrotik.
About the routes they disappeared but when I reboot the server the routes appear again.

Can you turn on logging topic for RIP and see if there is an error when the routes drop?
