This is one of those weird once. Have got a few clients with RB133 boards, set up exactly the same, except for the ip’s. One of them just does not want to update IP routing table using rip. Only thing strange I see is when opening the rip interface, the TX and RX update is constantly counting, where the other clients, appear to be constant. The other thing is, I disable the network interface, in the RIP panel, and as soon as I enable the interface, the rip routes and IP routing, update correctly for about a sec and then drops away. In the RIP routes there also is only about 22 routes, should be aprox 55 routes. Maybe somebody has got an explanation? Any info would be appreciated. Did update router, just before writing this, no difference.
Maby for somebody with same problem. Found that if you have a bridge, even if it is disabled, it killes RIP.
