Road Warrior setup using IKEv2 with RSA authentication with client internet over office pulic IP

Hello,
I have read this article and can’t find the solution for all traffic via office router to internet

My goal is to see LAN devices in office but also when I type
http://www.whatismyip.com to receive (public IP from my office)

I see LAN but all other traffic go via my phone LTE directly.

There should be a setting in your phones vpn settings to send all traffic through the vpn. This is controlled on client side.
