I am working on a project where in 4 sq km area has to be converted in to wi-fi zone. one hotspot gateway is not enough so we have to install multiple hotspot gateway. how do i interconnect these hotspots gateways (without using wires) amonst each other so that i get a seamless roaming network, where i can roam with my laptop in whole network, with out getting disconneted, even momentorily?, do i have to have 2 RF cards on each board, one catering to the interconnection with other hotspots gateway and one catering to the hotspot client?
For roaming without having to re-login it would be better if you implement multiple access points (as much as needed for good RF coverage of your area) but only one hotspot gateway (that all the AP connect to). Why do you feel the need to implement multiple hotspot gateways?

You could maybe use users macs to auth on each NAS and have one radius server. Make sure the radius can radcheck the NAs’s though.
