I love how the DHCP alerts feature allows me to detect rogue DHCP servers. This solves a major problem for us - occasionally bad folks try to use a rogue router to redirect our potential customers to a fake signup page to snag account names/passwords and credit card numbers.
My problem is now with IPv6… There isn’t really a DHCP concept in IPv6, there are just router solicitations and announcements. Please add a facility to detect rogue router announcements on IPv6 networks so we can defend them the same way we defend the IPv4 networks now.
Thanks in advance!
