Same here, I see bunch of 99,8% peers, and 0 seeders. I used HTTP links for specific architectures to get v3.14.

After re-downloading ALL file my torrent client is giving me this.
rejected by tracker - Torrent not registered with this tracker.

do a save as a torrent file and save it to another location on your disk, delete old torrent in your software (i.e. utorrent) and load new one from disk

make sure you don’t get the same torrent file, we noticed that it likes to be stuck in some proxy caches
normis: i think the best way to avoid this problem is changing the name of the file (i.e adding the _ to the torrent file name)

Im not using any proxy. I downloaded “new” torrent, changed name of this torrent, tried to download from different network, and problem is still the same…
try to ctrl + f5 on download page.
check if your torrent label in utorrent have a _ on the end
