I’m pretty sure it’s bug and turning snmp off is just a workaround. Try it, and if you confirm to be the cause of your problem send your findings to mikrotik support. In the meantime you might want to try to downgrade to v5.9 which I don’t think has this issue, or it’s not as pronounced (however if you have RB1xxx board - there were some fixes made since v5.9 so it might not be the solution for you)
i downgraded to 4.17 it works well even the cacti running 24/7 but this 5.14 release getting much more headache thank you for your suggestion and comments michael. im gonna send a supout to mikrotik team to fix this concerns.
Few SNMP fixes are added to MikroTik RouterOS v5.15, that is going to be released very soon. We could give prerelease package for those who experienced 100% CPU by management process.
