In RoS v5.2, if enable Connection Tracker on bridge interface, it starts blocking SIP and h.323’s established TCP connections are dropped also.
So:
After enabling Connection tracker on interface, SIP and H.323 calls stop working.

Try disabling SIP and H.323 helpers in
/ip firewall service-port
section instead of disabling connection tracking. Is NAT applied twice to this traffic?

No NAT at all, bridged network
The same for me! Chased the issue for a week! Strangely this particular problem only affected extensions calling VOIP phones.
