Hello guys,
I upgraded to ros 5.7 and I experienced one way audio with voip. I have about 300 customers with the same problem.
Anyone have the same problem?
Many thanks.
What was your previous version that it worked on? One way audio is usually firewall related. Make sure SIP helper is turned on and has the proper ports set, and that all the ports are allowed both ways in the firewall.
I am interested in a general NAT-setup, that works for SIP/RTP without the usage of STUN.
A simple NAT using endian(linux) works with SIP/RTP without STUN.
But I never managed to get SIP/RTP working with routeros-NAT.
Hello, thanks for the answer.
My previous version was Ros 5.5.
Stun not enabled and never a problem. Tonight I Willemstad try to downgrade.
Stay tuned.
Tonight I will try to downgrade.
I don’t think anything between version 5.5 and 5.7 would affect SIP calls.
Hi There,
I’ve got a customer experiencing a one-way audio after 15min. This is a new setup but we’re running RouterOS 5.7. Just wondering how the downgrade went?
Regards,
