ROS 6.30.2 [Time problem with web proxy/error page]

Hello,

I have set router time 17:40:24 But error page show (in the same time)11:41:33 (6 hour deference).
I am not understand why 6-hour deference, can u pl help me regarding this issue.

As you can see, the time zones are different.

I would guess that the error message from the proxy is given as GMT because of RFC 2616: “All HTTP date/time stamps MUST be represented in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), without exception.”

But when I set Time Zone Name : manual then ROS time and webproxy/error page time is same but problem is when I reboot my router then ROS time automatically changed by GMT.

Yes proxy error page always show the date and time from GMT but when I set manual then why show date/time from GMT
