ROS 7.8 routing bad bug

Hi team
there is a really awful bug in the routing table CHR v7.8
which is leading the OS to high CPU usage and outage afterwards
according to this attachment
there are two default routes which are responsible for redundant path routing
but in this version, if I disable the first default route the second must be activated immediately. But the point is this is not acting like this and what happens is that the second route is remaining blue and not executive
But when I close and re-open the ip>route menu again I see IT IS active after one time re-opening!!!

Hit F5 to refresh the window.

Hi mrz tnx for your fast response to me
I believe this is leading the OS to high CPU usage and service outage
cuze I have the very same configuration on 3 other CHR 7.8 devices but the only difference is having two default routes like this in this server(also two more interfaces and ip’s)
that 3 devices are operating normally 7/24
but this device is experiencing high cpu-usage like every 24 hours

And the third dynamic rule “0.0.0.0” that have distance 1???

that is my real default route(therefore NOT blue)
these two routes I am talking about are PBR that I have done with mangle

Ok, without see all configuration, is hard to understand all just from one screenshot…

ok fine
so I have the problem that the OS CPU is going too high like 99 and 100
how can I determine what is it for?
it happens every 24~48 hours
and it’s going to be fixed with a simple reboot
no script running-no scheduler
only radius(userman)-L2TP-OVPN-6to4-ipip and connected to dude with snmp and routerOS
any idea?

DNSoverHTTPS?

Nop
I can export my configuration(hide-sensitive)
can you take a look at that?

Yes, but “tomorrow”, here is late, I must go to sleep
Check twice for username/password/serial numbers/email also on script.

I’m not the only one on the forum than can check

update:Config deleted

I can not see anything strange,
on hogh memory usage, create a supout and send it to the support, probably can see better what are the problem.
(probably the SNMP, but must be verified)

it happened again
at the very moment, i took 2 screenshots from tools>profile to see what service is causing this
any idea?

It’s ovpn and winbox… How many ovpn session you have?

that’s not a lot(ovpn)
like 20 connections at the same time(all on android devices)
but there is no problem with the connection count cuz I have upto50 connections on the same devices with the same configuration
and for the winbox i didn’t have active connections when it happened(maybe the dude routeros connection?)

Try to disable dude, it use management service by winbox port.
I have disabled all ROS function on The Dude and I use only SNMP for this problem…
If you open system/script/Jobs you see a lot of connection because for each request the dude open a new connection instead of recycle what is already opened…

ok fine
I will disable the RouterOS connection from the dude and monitor on SNMP
but in script>jobs i have nothing
ill let you know the result

i have disabled it(dude RouterOS Connection)
but no idea why is this happening again and again

Try toi contact support with supout.rif

It’s the OVPN, it’s having problems in version 7.8, there are already several reports from users about it. It even happens to me and in a few minutes the router restarts. I had to go back to 7.7.
