ROS v4.2 and VRRP Questions

Hello guys,

On previous posts in the forum a few guys have asked if a full VRRP failover will be implemented.
Normis do we have any additions to the VRRP in ROS v4.2 should we expect updates on the VRRP ???

About what kind of full VRRP you are talking about?

automatically copying configurations accross when changes are made to one router to the other.

VRRP doesn’t deal with configuration syncing.

Though I agree that such a feature would be nice to have.

so, you want all config settings to be the same beween routers? =) IP addresses (not only virtual one), etc…
