ros4.13 generate a loop?

configuration: router → link1 ( ns2m-800meters) → link2 ( rb411+r52hn 11km) → router(x86ros4.10)

when i upgrade rb’s the all public ip’s was down … the routerboards subnet is working … nv2 activeted
no stp active

log on first router ( cisco) was that :

Nov 16 12:37:37: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface FastEthernet0/2, changed state to up
Nov 16 12:37:37: %SPANTREE-2-BLOCK_BPDUGUARD: Received BPDU on port Fa0/2 with BPDU Guard enabled. Disabling port.
Nov 16 12:37:37: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: bpduguard error detected on Fa0/2, putting Fa0/2 in err-disable state
Nov 16 12:37:38: %STORM_CONTROL-3-FILTERED: A Multicast storm detected on Fa0/2. A packet filter action has been applied on the interface.
that cisco router do not have rb’s subnet applyed

after downgrade 4.12 all ok

Where Cisco router is connected?
Is it enough to downgrade only one router or all of them should be downgraded?
How do you get access to the router, if there is broadcast storm?
Do you have any bridge configuration on your link?

cisco is router for /29 network … each router in this lan route /24 or /23 public ip’s … i can’t play with that…
only wireles bridge here … for example : one of line is 2xnb5m for 7 km + rb411ah-> x86 ros for 1.5 km bouth r52hn … wlan in x86 = wan … here 4.13 work ok … link is improved. 52 with 51 mbps bandwith test in one chain ping 250ms or 42 mbps with ping up to 5ms.
tha defective line is also a 2 wireless links but from last last 411ah to the main router is a 4 km optic fiber conected to router trought a simple media converter. downgrading to 4.12 restablished trafic in all network
