ROS7.x No Traffic Flow

Hi
I Have a Problem with ROS 7.x There’s no traffic flow going to my server
but its working fine on my ROS 6.x routers.

Have there been changes made to traffic flow do I need to add more settings?

as stated exact same setting in ROS 6.x working correctly.

I also encountered this problem from ROS 7.4.1
