ROSv7.11 BGP recursion static route ECMP not work

I have three ISP (Internet Service Provider) interfaces from different carriers.When I enable ECMP (Equal Cost Multipath) for load balancing, the network becomes unreachable.If I configure only one route with a next hop, the network can communicate normally.

I use CCR2116,Software version:7.10.2、7.11beta7、7.11rc1
