Rotating Mac Address script

Good afternoon,

So I was hoping to setup something to the affect of a Nintendo homepass using my hap mini (details: http://homepass.info/). As it stands, I have a Hex as my gateway and a Tenda FH1206 as my wireless ap. The hap mini would preferably be isolated from all of the devices connected via the Tenda wap and the Hex lan, save of course for the pppoe I use to access the internet.

From what I can tell it should be possible to create a script to do what I desire and then set it to a 1 hour interval. I have no idea where to begin, though. Essentially I just need a script that would rotate the hap mini’s wap MAC address through a set of MAC addresses - minimum of eight, ideally close to forty - while maintaining a single wap SSID of “attwifi.” If it is possible to create SSID/MAC combos to cycle through it would be a plus.

For background: my friends and I play various Nintendo 3DS games from time to time. For better or worse several of these games lock some content behind Streetpass and Nintendo zone interactions - which are simply connecting to certain MAC addresses with certain SSIDs (stored internally on the nintendo handheld) for a period of time. Alternatively some of this content can be unlocked through peer to peer streetpass connections with individuals with the same games - but this is less likely in a small town like ours. Each MAC address is limited to one streetpass per eight hours so cycling through them onces per 30 minutes or hour is optimal.

I appreciate any and all help people are willing to give me toward this end.
