route problem?

Hi boys!
i’m new in MT and i’m with some problems!
i have 2 interefaces: ether1, ether2

ether1 with
public IP address

ether2 with
local IP address ( range 192.168.101.X )
gate 192.168.101.254

I was configured 2 DNS and i was clicked “allow remote requests”

in IP>route> y add the ip gateway of eth1 (public)

then in IP>Firewall Nat> i add maskarade rule
and was added 2 more rules for NAT.

OK… then .. for example
i ping to http://www.google.com in the console…

[admin@MikroTik] > ping www.google.com
64.233.179.99 ping timeout
64.233.179.99 ping timeout
64.233.179.99 ping timeout

but if i ping to 64.233.179.99 it don’t response nothing!!!

is like that don’t resolve de inverse DNS…

if i make ping to my public gateway from the console… this don’t response too. but resolve any domine showing the IP!!

what is happening ? :unamused:

Why NAT and MASQ? You only need MASQ…

OK
i was changed NAT rules to Disabled, but no changes.
i think so i have to reset the routerOS and start again…
what do u say? :confused:
